Terms & Conditions

Last updated: August 18, 2026

Welcome to Camp MoxyJo's! We're glad you found your way to our little slice of the Pacific Northwest. Before you book a stay, plan an event, or sign up for our newsletter, please take a few minutes to read these Terms & Conditions. They explain how we work together and what you can expect from us.

By using our website or booking with us, you agree to everything below. If something doesn't sit right, please reach out before you continue.

1. Acceptance of Terms

When you visit campmoxyjos.com, book a stay, reserve an event, make a donation, or sign up for our newsletter, you accept these Terms & Conditions. If you're booking on behalf of a group, you agree to these terms for everyone in your party too.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll post the new version here with an updated date. Your continued use of the site means you accept the changes.

2. Use of the Website

You're welcome to browse our site, check out our crash pads, and learn about upcoming events. In return, we ask that you:

  • Use the website for lawful purposes only

  • Provide accurate information when filling out forms

  • Avoid interfering with the site's security or performance

  • Respect our content and other visitors

We do our best to keep everything running smoothly, but we can't promise the site will always be available or error-free. Sometimes things go offline for maintenance or reasons beyond our control.

3. Reservations and Bookings

We offer campground stays, retro lodging, and event rentals for weddings, private concerts, team retreats, birthdays, festivals, and more. Here's how bookings work:

  • All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation.

  • A booking is only confirmed once you receive written confirmation from us and any required deposit or payment has cleared.

  • You're responsible for making sure the details in your request are correct, including dates, group size, and any add-ons like stage setup or photo sessions.

  • Some events may need extra services or fees. We'll walk you through those costs before anything is locked in.

  • We reserve the right to decline or cancel a booking if we believe it violates these terms or puts the camp, our guests, or our neighbors at risk.

You must be at least 18 years old to make a reservation.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Life happens, and plans change. Please review our cancellation guidelines carefully:

  • Cancellation windows and refund amounts depend on the type of booking (a single crash pad stay versus a full event rental). Specific terms will be shared in your booking confirmation.

  • Deposits may be non-refundable, especially for events that require us to reserve the whole camp or arrange staff, stage, or music setup.

  • If you need to cancel, contact us as soon as possible at info@campmoxyjos.com so we can help.

  • If we have to cancel due to circumstances beyond our control (severe weather, safety concerns, or events outside our control), we'll work with you to reschedule or offer a refund where appropriate.

Donations made through our site are voluntary and non-refundable.

5. Guest Conduct and Campground Rules

Camp MoxyJo's is a place for good music, good company, and good vibes. To keep it that way, all guests agree to:

  • Treat the property, staff, performers, and fellow guests with respect

  • Follow posted quiet hours and any rules shared during check-in

  • Keep an eye on children and pets at all times (please ask us about pet policies before booking)

  • Handle campfires, cooking equipment, and open flames safely and only in approved areas

  • Avoid illegal activity of any kind on the property

  • Leave your space as clean as you found it

We want everyone to have a blast, but we reserve the right to ask any guest to leave, without a refund, if their behavior threatens the safety, comfort, or enjoyment of others. You're also responsible for any damage caused by you or your group.

6. Liability Disclaimer

Spending time outdoors comes with natural risks, from uneven ground and campfires to weather and wildlife. By visiting or staying with us, you accept those risks and agree to use good judgment.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Camp MoxyJo's and its owners, staff, and partners are not liable for:

  • Injury, illness, or accidents that happen on the property

  • Loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings

  • Interruptions caused by weather, power outages, or events outside our control

We strongly recommend you carry your own insurance for larger events. Nothing in these terms removes any rights you have that can't be waived under applicable law.

  • You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send.

  • Signing up for our newsletter is separate from making a booking, though we may send you booking-related messages when needed.

If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest will still apply.
